We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when you sign up for launch notifications. When using PetTrackr, we collect pet health data (heart rate, temperature, activity), GPS location data, and device diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve PetTrackr services, including real-time tracking, health monitoring, AI-powered insights, and veterinary consultations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Pet health data is stored securely on Canadian and US servers. GPS location data can be deleted at any time from your account settings.

4. Data Sharing

We only share data with your explicit consent, such as when you initiate a vet consultation. Veterinarians only see the data you choose to share during a session. NFC tag data (pet profile) is publicly accessible by design to help reunite lost pets with their owners.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export all your pet's health data in standard formats.
