1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PetTrackr products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. PetTrackr is operated by PetTrackr Inc., a Canadian corporation based in Montreal, Quebec.

2. Kickstarter Campaign

Backing our Kickstarter campaign constitutes a pre-order. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to manufacturing and logistics. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

3. Subscription Services

PetTrackr Premium is required for cellular connectivity, AI health insights, and vet consultations. The first year is included with all Kickstarter rewards. Founder's Edition includes lifetime Premium access. Subscription pricing after the included period will be announced before your renewal date.

4. Limitation of Liability

PetTrackr is a pet wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Health data and AI insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.

5. Warranty

All PetTrackr collars come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Free replacement is provided for defective units within the warranty period. Water damage under normal use (IP68 rated conditions) is covered.
